How long until my order ships?
The actual order processing time depends on the instructions provided on each product page.

What shipping carrier do you use?
We partner with major shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS, and various freight shipping companies to ensure the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Currently, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, which may delay the shipment of the order.

How do I track my package?
Once an order has shipped, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. You can use the tracking number on the carrier's website to track your package. If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order Status History under Account - My Orders. If you do not have an account, you can use your email address and order number on our website under "Customer Service - Track Order" to check the tracking information.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?
You can specify only one address per order on Mutukispace.com. If you are buying several items and want them sent to different addresses (for example, an item for yourself and an item as a gift for a friend), you will need to purchase the items separately.

How does shipping work for oversized items?
Oversized items, such as most furniture, bathtubs, multi-toilets, and multi-bathroom sinks, must ship via Freight Outside Home Delivery Service due to their size or weight. This service covers delivery to the first dry area outside the home only. Delivery lead time is about 3-7 working days from the time the item leaves our warehouse. The carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to arrange a delivery time based on their schedule. Please inform the carrier of any circumstances that could affect the delivery (additional fees may apply), such as:

- Very narrow driveway
- Dead-end street
- Ferry for island locations (fees may apply)
- Special parking requirements for the driver
- Delivery to a side door or garage entrance

Storage Fees:
Daily storage fees may apply if you do not accept delivery within 5 business days of the freight carrier’s first attempt to schedule delivery. If you miss the phone call from the freight carrier, contact them as soon as possible. After 5 business days, the freight carrier may store your item, and you may be charged storage fees. Missing your delivery appointment may incur additional delivery fees, such as re-delivery, storage charges, and/or return shipping costs.

Freight Outside Home Delivery for oversized items is only available for orders shipped within the 48 continental United States and cannot be shipped to rural routes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

We offer multiple specifications on the same product page, so the displayed price is the minimum price. The price will vary based on your selection. Please check before purchasing.

Q. The color of the product image is different from the actual color.

We strive to photograph and display the products as accurately as possible. However, the color may appear different due to variations in computer and smartphone screens and settings. Please understand this in advance.
