What should I do when I applying for after-sale service?

 

1.Upon receiving the item, it is important that you promptly acknowledge any issues by signing the word "damaged" on the proof of delivery (for truck) and thoroughly examining your purchase.

 

2.Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your items if there are any missing components, defects, damages, or wrong items.

1)Please provide imagesor a video clearlyshowing the entire package/item(s) and any damaged areas, if there are any.

2)Submitting visuals of both the item, its packaging, and any outer labels will help expedite the resolution process for you.

3)Additionally, please give a detailed description and some videos of the malfunction/issue at hand.

4)Some clear photos to show what parts you received. This helps us to find out what's missing.  

 

4.If the item/partsis in stock, we will exchange it for a good one (we will pay the shipping cost of the return) or resend the part(s).

If the item is not in stock, we will immediately make arrangements to ship the new item(s) or missing part(s).

 

5.In the event that a customer arranges for an assembler or installer to assemble or install the product, we will not be responsible for any costs incurred if the work cannot be performed due to a product defect or if reassembly or reinstallation is necessary.
