Important Information Before Purchase

Please review the important points on the following page before purchasing.

When ordering multiple items delivery dates may vary and different carriers may be used resulting in separate deliveries.

If large furniture or set items are packaged in multiple boxes they may arrive separately and may be delivered by different carriers.

(For example Product A may be split into two packages and delivered separately by Carrier C and Carrier D)

Product design and color may vary slightly depending on the arrival period or lot.

Please note if you require an exact repeat order.

Changes may include color dyeing parts screw covers sewing leg shapes etc

The displayed price may vary depending on the selected specifications.

Please note Prices may change without notice due to changes in raw material or logistics costs

After placing an order, the item may be out of stock and unavailable for delivery.

As inventory is shared with affiliated stores, our staff will contact you via email or phone after confirming stock availability.

Due to monitor settings and room lighting, actual product colors may vary.

Please understand that slight variations may occur from the description, as individual differences can lead to these discrepancies.

Additionally, color discrepancies may arise between different batches.

Non-members please confirm via phone or inquiry

Order Modification or Cancellation

Please send us the order number, buyer's name, and your request within 12 hours of placing the order.
