If a covered product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will help make it right. Depending on the issue, this may include guidance, replacement parts, repair support, or replacement of the affected item.

What’s Covered?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in qualifying furniture products under normal household use.
Structural Strength
Covered structural defects may include issues such as a sofa frame that sags abnormally, a bed frame that becomes unstable, or a major support component that fails due to manufacturing defects.
Functionality
If a drawer, adjustable component, hinge, slide, or other functional part fails because of a manufacturing defect, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Materials
Covered material defects may include issues in fabric, wood, leather, metal, or other product materials when the defect is caused by manufacturing rather than normal use.
Craftsmanship
We cover eligible craftsmanship defects, including stitching, assembly, or finishing issues that affect the product’s normal use or appearance.

What’s Not Covered?
The warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by use, accidents, or improper care.
Normal Wear and Tear
Natural fading, minor surface scratches, fabric softening, cushion compression, or other changes that occur through normal use are not covered.
Accidental Damage
Spills, stains, burns, cuts, pet damage, drops, impact damage, or other accidents are not covered under this warranty.
Improper Use or Care
Damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, improper cleaning, outdoor use of indoor items, commercial use, or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
Unauthorized Repairs
Products that have been modified, repaired, disassembled, or altered without authorization may no longer be eligible for warranty service.
Shipping Damage
Damage that occurs during shipping should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Shipping damage is handled through our delivery damage process, not as a product warranty claim.
Clearance or Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale, clearance, sample, or otherwise excluded may not qualify for warranty coverage unless required by law.

Provide Proof
Send clear photos or videos of the issue, along with proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt.
We Review the Claim
After review, we will confirm whether the issue is covered and provide the next step, which may include repair, replacement parts, or replacement of the affected item.
Please do not dispose of the product, packaging, parts, or damaged components until we have completed our review. We may request additional photos, videos, or information to process your claim.
