- Pending:You can leave the order as is and place a new one. The pending order will remain in your account for a month before being automatically canceled, and you will receive a cancellation email.
- Order Processing:Contact Customer Service as quickly as possible to cancel or change a product.
- Completed:Changes or cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may return the item following our return & exchange policy if it meets returnable conditions.
Please note that customized items and furniture can only be canceled within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Additionally, product changes can only be arranged before your original order is shipped. Some products may not be eligible for changes; please contact customer service for further assistance.
If a delivery is refused without Homary’s consent, you will be charged a penalty that may include extra shipping charges and handling fees.
