What Steps Should I Take If My Order Is Marked As Delivered But I Haven't Received It?

If your order shows as delivered but is missing, follow these steps, preferably within 24 hours of the delivery notification:

  1. Confirm your shipping address.
  2. Check your mailbox and other entrances to your home.
  3. Check if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the package.
  4. Look around your home for a delivery attempt notice.
  5. Contact the carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) with your tracking number to start a claim.
  6. Note that carriers sometimes mark items as delivered before they actually arrive, so wait 24 hours.

If it has been 24 hours or more since the delivery notification and you still haven’t received the product, please contact our customer service and provide the claim number for further assistance. If the shipment is confirmed as "missing," we will either reship the item or issue a refund according to your preference.

Please report any missing item inquiries within 7 days of the receipt notification. After-sales inquiries made after 7 days might be negatively affected due to uncertainties beyond this timeframe.
