Delivery Methods
If your item and delivery address are eligible, you can choose from a range of special delivery options during checkout. Additional fees may apply based on your selection.
Curbside Drop-Off (Default)
The carrier will unload the item(s) to the ground at the loading area or in front of the building/house at the curb within a scheduled four-hour window. You may need assistance from a family member or friend to move the item(s) from the curbside to your house. If no delivery options are available at checkout, the item(s) will be delivered via curbside drop-off by default.
Doorway Drop-Off
The carrier will drop off the item(s) in front of the first ground-level entryway outside your home (front door, porch, or garage).
Room of Choice Drop-Off
The carrier will deliver your package to a room of your choice (up or down up to two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each) within your residence and will also remove and dispose of all packaging and debris for you.
White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery includes unloading the item(s) from the truck, moving them from the curbside to a room of your choice, light assembly of the item(s), and removal of boxes and debris. Please note that the delivery team will not perform plumbing installation, electrical wiring, or services requiring the use of power tools. The White Glove Service is limited to 30 minutes. Customers will be responsible for additional charges if the service exceeds this time, as determined by the service provider companies. Once the items are dispatched from local facilities, any add-on service is non-refundable.
Tips for Delivery Service
- Signatures are required for all delivery methods.
- Doorway Drop-off and White Glove Delivery include delivering parcels to the designated apartment if the shipping address is an apartment building or a condo with a front desk.
- For all delivery methods, please contact the local delivery agent directly to reschedule the delivery time. Their contact information is included in the email with your tracking information and delivery time window.
- For Room of Choice Drop-Off or White Glove Service, we will open the parcels, remove the packaging, and dispose of it for you. These methods do not include disposing of your original furniture. We suggest finding a local facility or handyman to help with the disposal of original furniture.
Stair Carry
Two flights of stairs (up to 15 steps each) are covered by the Room of Choice Drop-Off and White Glove Service. Additional floors incur a charge of $30 per flight of stairs.
Delivery Process for Large Items
1. Choose a delivery option for your item at checkout. Available delivery methods and arrival times vary by item and zip code, and all options will be displayed at checkout.
2. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once the items are shipped from the warehouse.
3. The delivery carrier will call you to arrange a drop-off date and a four-hour window. If you purchased White Glove Service, the appointment will be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance.
4. Enjoy your new item! Please check the condition and packaging of your items upon delivery. If you do not wish to keep the item or if it is damaged upon arrival, do NOT proceed with the installation as it will affect the return process. Keep all packaging materials and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
