We do not offer custom-made furniture.

Q. Can you reupholster chairs and sofas?

We do not offer reupholstery services. Please contact a specialized shop for such services.

Q. The displayed price has changed. What is that?

We offer multiple specifications on the same product page, so the displayed price is the minimum price. The price will vary based on your selection. Please check before purchasing.

Q. The color of the product image is different from the actual color.

We strive to photograph and display the products as accurately as possible. However, the color may appear different due to variations in computer and smartphone screens and settings. Please understand this in advance.

Q. Can the product be returned or exchanged?

If defective or incorrect items are received please contact us for a prompt exchange.

If returning for non-quality reasons buyer bears return shipping cost.

Q. The delivered product had defects damage stains or was faulty.

Please contact us within one month of receipt to confirm the contents.

Please provide your order number, name, defective product name, and condition when contacting us. We may request photos of the defective product to verify the details.

Please note that we cannot accommodate size discrepancies under 1". The width will generally be finished longer than the ordered size.

Q. I did not receive an order confirmation email.

After placing an order, a confirmation email is automatically sent. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or email settings. If it's not there, your email address might be incorrect or our emails are blocked. Please adjust your email settings accordingly.

Q. The ordered item has not arrived on time

Due to traffic conditions weather or carrier congestion delivery may be delayed.

If the address is unclear the item may be returned to the carrier. 

For post-shipment delivery status please contact the carrier directly using the method below

Q. How long does it take for the product to arrive

Furniture will be delivered approximately 30 business days after order.

Some solid wood furniture may take over 45 business days due to production processes.

Q. The entrance is narrow so I'm worried about moving in the sofa How wide does the doorway need to be for moving it in?
