Glassware shipping policy

Delivery timing

Estimated delivery is 10-15 days after payment is confirmed, unless a different estimate is shown for your order. This includes order preparation and transit; it is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Availability, the delivery address, customs processing and carrier delays can affect timing.

If we cannot fulfil your order as expected, we will contact you about the available options.

Destinations and shipping charges

Available delivery destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully.

Import duties

MUTUKISPACE covers import duties on glassware orders. Once your order has been paid, you do not need to bear additional import duties for that order.

If a carrier or customs office requests an import-duty payment, please email order@mutukispace.com with your order number and a copy of the notice before making the payment, so we can help resolve it.

Tracking and delivery issues

We will send tracking information by email after dispatch. If your shipment is delayed or tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your glassware when it arrives. Report visible damage, defects or an incorrect item within 7 days of receipt, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging where possible. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
